Are you training for a race?

Discover simple strategies that you can EASILY add to your lifestyle to get your best running results yet; gain a new Parkrun or race pb, fuel your runs and feel great, and get back on track and gain control of your weight (with no hunger, dieting or deprivation - and no bullsh*t either - REAL food for REAL results).

You’ll be plugged into an amazing COMMUNITY OF SUPPORT every step of the way.

BONUS: You’ll get a wealth of resources and tools, delicious recipes for nutrition-packed meals, ideas for healthy snacks and eating on the go for runners, a supermarket shopping guide, food journals, an exercise planner, plus “knock-your-socks off” juice and smoothie recipes.

If you’ve been struggling to melt those stubborn extra kilos and get back in shape, DESPITE being a regular runner, and you’re tired of trying crazy diets that don’t work, or if your results have plateaued or your running times are just not improving despite upping your training or intensity,  or if you’ve GAINED weight as a runner without intending to, you’ll want to keep reading.

Whether you’ve been running for a long time or whether you are fairly new to this brilliant (and addictive) sport you will probably appreciate the need for proper nutrition and hydration to be able to perform at your best. Picture it in terms of machinery: you are the machine and want to perform efficiently, effectively and optimally, so does it make sense to train your body and give it your all without fuelling it properly or putting in the right stuff at the right time to get your best results yet and to recover faster: leading to fewer injuries, greater enjoyment, more power / speed/ performance in general, and not only reaching, but smashing your goals.

Sounds good right? Sounds easy, yes?
So, if it’s so easy why aren’t we all putting it into practise?

It’s so easy to fall into bad habits, or into a rut of grabbing things on the go or convenience foods as we’re pushed for time or late for things. I think especially as runners we are sometimes guilty of this, of rushing around and grabbing whatever comes to hand (got to satisfy that intense ‘runger’, yes?) with the mentality of: ‘oh I will run this off later, no worries’, or ‘I ran this morning, so I can eat this and whatever I want’. The amount of times I’ve been for a run with friends and there have either been jokes re: hitting Macca’s/KFC afterwards (actually, I don’t think my friends were even joking about this, this was actual fact and a regular thing) or we have all collectively gone for a few post-run beers and pizzas.

Now, I’m not discouraging occasional post-run beers or pizza at all! But rather, wanting to point out that it’s easy to make this more of a very regular thing, a habit, and before you know it your diet is actually quite lacking in whole, fresh foods at the expense of quick, easy, convenient foods or junk foods, yet your running training is still on track but you’re left wondering why you’re either feeling fatigued / weary, or why you’re put on weight (instead of the perceived weight-loss effect of running) or why your running times and performance haven’t improved.

Does this sound familiar? Well you are definitely in the right place then...

I put together this 4 week mini-program, a diet makeover / month long challenge, as I know firsthand the amazing difference that getting your healthy diet back on track can and will have on your running; and that’s a GREAT thing!!

There is so much confusion (both intentional  and unintentional) re: nutrition and health online that it’s easy to feel overwhelmed or to again let those bad habits take precedence (because after all, you’re a runner, right? Should be able to eat whatever you want, yes? Hmmmm.....)

It’s time to get back to basics and start again.

During the challenge we will be focusing on ONE different key strategy / topic each week. You will have one week to really hone in on the info you receive and complete the task(s) (yes, there will be homework! Because who doesn’t like homework?! Lol...)

Don’t worry, you’ll also receive some fantastic tools and resources each week, plus recipe books and some awesome bonuses, AND great support via the FB closed/secret group, PLUS there will be weekly prizes too!

Did I mention this will be fun too?! What’s more fun than being able to nourish your body and to be able to improve your running body and running performance, and you’ll have free reign to talk about running as much and for as long as you like in the group! (Haha, if you’re like me, I feel I could ramble on all day re: all things food and running related but the glazed eyes look that my non-running friends give me is testamount that this should not be an actuality.)

This 4-week challenge begins on: Saturday 1st April 2017.

We will focus on the following areas - one key strategy each week:

  • Week 1) Macromolecules / Perfect Proportions
  • Week 2) Eating enough (but not overcompensating for your runs or that gnawing 'runger') and real/whole food choices
  • Week 3) The Magic Window (for refueling) and optimal times to eat (pre, during, and post run nutrition)
  • Week 4 - Hydration, and assessing your results/progress so far

Don’t forget to join the closed FB group too, as this is where the magic happens and where you’ll receive lots of extra info along the way, in addition to your weekly emails. Plus you have to be in it to win it for those exciting PRIZES!!

There are no crazy tricks, pills, potions or gimmicks! No fads! No bullsh&*t!

You’ll ALSO get the most delicious, easy-to-prepare recipes PLUS a community of support that’s with you every step of the way.

Kirsten says:

"Louise is extremely knowledgable in her field, and truely looks after her clients specific needs in a kind and professional way. I did the Jump into June challenge and she was very supportive and encouraging throughout the program. With the help of Louise, I was able to identify my nutrition and fitness goals a lot faster. 5 stars from me."

Mick says:

"I was referred to Louise in July 2015 from a friend of mine who has also used her services with terrific ongoing success. I'd made a decision to get fit and lose weight and know I needed some help and motivation to guide me, in particular with food choices.

Since July I have lost a total of...14 Kilograms! I am also a runner and thanks to Lou my performance has improved due to making much better food choices specifically in regards to fuel and recovery.

Not only is Lou my nutritionist but she also quickly became my friend. Lou is hugely motivating and supportive and steers you on the right track at all times. She has a knack for saying the right thing, at the right time. She makes you feel very comfortable."

Eve says:

"I felt Louise was the perfect person to have as part of my team on my journey to good health and nutrition. Lou provided me with all the information and guidance I needed in a compassionate and understanding way.

Lous weight online is perfect for anyone with a busy schedule who can’t find the time to get to regular in person appointments. I would highly recommend Lous weight online to anyone looking for a nutritionist to fit into today’s busy lifestyle!"

Let me introduce myself…

My name is Louise Adderley and I’m a nutritionist and 7 times marathoner, one of which I placed 2nd in recently and another I placed 3rd  (and multiple - can’t remember how many exactly, 20++ - half-marathoner: three of which I came first in/was the female champion - and one was on the Great Wall of China! I'm also a 2x ultra marathon runner).

I help runners lose weight or overhaul their eating habits to look and feel their best again, and in the process gain a new pb and improve their running performance.

I put this challenge together to make it EASY for people to get back on track with their health and fitness goals, no matter where you are with your fitness or running journey.  I know how difficult it can be to try to make health and lifestyle changes on your own.   Now you’ll be plugged into a community of people that share your same goals.

I’ll be there to help you every step of the way.

I’d love it if you could join us!
