Option 3 - Healthy Eating: 12 Week Transformation for Runners
12 weeks to a new, healthier you! Your diet will essentially get a healthy eating makeover to meet the current Australian standards however it will be based on your unique requirements (there is no 'one size fits all' approach, and different clients will have different aspects that we will work on together during your 12-week program). We will work together, week by week, step-by-step, implementing small changes that will result in healthier eating habits and will set the scene for long-term health and happiness and a subsequent improvement in your running times and performance: all while eating the foods you love, and in the correct portions. Eat the right fuel for you at the right time and run your best.
Includes the detailed diet analysis (Option 1), plus recommendations for improving/adapting your diet to bring into line with the Australian standards/recommendations for calorie/kilojoule intake, macronutrients and micronutrients, and to increase your energy and health by eating well.
Includes: initial nutritional analysis, a weekly consultation, full online support throughout the week, and weekly diet recommendations and nutritional advice.
$140 for the initial long consultation + nutritional analysis.
Then $70 for follow-up appointments / per week on your program.
I will give you recommendations and strategies for your week ahead and will give you a new change/adaptation each week, thus achieving those big results from small changes. However you choose and plan your specific meals, based on the guidelines I will give you for how much and what to eat based on your own personal energy requirements.
Your membership includes unlimited support - contact me at any point throughout the week in between your consultations for any reason and I will get back to you ASAP (e.g. you are not sure about a certain food/drink or refuelling window or if you have any questions about your program).

If you're located in Newcastle, Australia, I'm pleased to announce an extra option for you: 'Walk & Talk'. Combine your weekly consultation with a short walk. You'll be getting in some low-impact exercise while we discuss your past week and I give you your guidelines for the next week. Two birds/one stone! No extra cost involved.
